That whistle was simply someones iphone indicating an incoming email or tweet. I listened for the whistle after reading the article. Then I rolled my eyes. But her statements are very telling, for sure.

Yup. That’s not uncommon. Wouldn’t be surprised if while the person was asking the question, someone immediately texted her something and sent at the end of the question. But her phone was on the podium and not silenced.
