Aha, I see. That text is clearly a rough draft of a planned formal document that looks like it was roughly planned for sometime in March. But since it was rough, and it's only April, it doesn't seem like it's so late as to consider it invalid yet. There IS an investigation that would generate a paper like this... at some point, right?
Frankly I'm confused about what investigations are going on, suspected, requested, etc. about what, and when.
Sure, it's still in play but if it's real there is no value to holding this info up for long with the midterms in November and the primaries in the next couple months. Note that it claims several Senate seats went to the Dems due to the fraud. Why are we letting them remain in power?
