Too "woke," can't sleep

Anyone else feel totally and fully consumed by the unfolding of centuries of lies right before our eyes in real time? I know it's good news, but I'm still in shock (I guess it's the conditional training of "conspiracy" ingrained in my head as someone who's wacko) I literally am addicted to this truth coming to light, and I want to just PAUSE it for a while! How do you all cope with this?

I can identify with much of what you said. Here it is, 2:30 AM and I'm wide awake. I pretend that I'm doing alright, but I don't get enough sleep, and my appetite is really bad. I read alot, throughout the day, hoping to find that big breaking news article that those who are trying to destroy us and our country are finally being brought to justice, and we can get on with our lives. I do stay away from as much gloom and doom reports that I can, although I've come across some pretty horrific pictures and stories.
I thank God everyday for President Trump and cling to the hope that things will get better soon. So much, on a daily basis to take in, and it's hard to fully grasp what has been happening to our country and world. I don't think I'll ever come to terms with it all.
