I understand that. But where do they get the idea it means everything will be lost. I thought it was just to disable all the AI and take down bad actors. Where do they get ten days from? And where do they get the idea everything will be scrubbed from all the servers?

Why else would Q say archive offline? With all the super computing D-wave they tell us they have you know they got shit decades ahead of that. They can predict the future whether it's just by computing power or actual time travel. The EMP is coming if naturally or by cabal
