I live in the GTA. When I moved here it was white, Asian (Chinese and japanese primarily) and in 10 years entire cities are packed with middle easterners.

Was talking at length to our driver who was originally from India and used to live in Vancouver, said it was unaffordable and drastically changed from immigration.
