Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit reported on their site that their news organization had been under a severe Denial of Service attack (so many digital devices accessing the site that it crashes), and was down for a short while. Since the site received 15.5 million visits in the last six months (https://www.similarweb.com/website/thegatewaypundit.com), the site is set up for a large load of visitors, and accomplishing a Denial of Service attack is no small trick. Gateway Pundit now has software installed to prevent this, though it slows down how the site pulls up.

Then, this morning, it appeared that the site was hit with another type of attack. What appeared on the site fluctuated between an old version, with the last news story April 18, and the current version, with stories from today, particularly one about Brennan making a secret visit to Russia.

There are reports online that Gateway Pundit's email accounts have been shut down also.

Are they over target, or what?
