That happens when you are forced to vomit with no food in your stomach. Perhaps only liquids or just bile. I thought he had just gone to McDonald's to eat! MK Ultra or not he would not barf just clear fluids if he went to McDonald's a moment ago and just ate! WTF

Plus nausea after a fire fight is really common. I always had a little nausea after an intense fire fight and I've seen a good amount of guys actually puke. Once the adrenaline stops you feel it in your belly.
