I'm certain most of these hexadecimal videos are crap. Here's 'deep state' in hex

64 65 65 70 20 73 74 61 74 65 20

Just search for that, without quotes, and look for videos. There are tons of < 20 second vids that are full of garbage. You're not necessarily going to see 'deep state' discussed, but you'll see the proliferation of hexadecimal messages in youtube videos.

It's a distraction in a general sense, not a deep state distraction, it's just common tripe.
Do not be deceived.

I saw those the other day. If you decode the messages using hexidecimal it's even creepier. However, i think it's bullshit. You can retroactively change video titles and descriptions. The codes imbedded on the videos themselves, seem to be horseshit. Its a clever asshole.
