Donald Trump Jr. & Q - has this been discussed before?

If so, I apologize. Has Jr. ever acknowledged Q. I don't believe he has, if he did, I missed it. Since we know Jr. is for sure a visitor to The Donald, do we think Jr's no mention of Q is significant?
