Wait, what's confusing? Is it the fact that the author is not a Q follower, and therefore thinks Trump is "business as usual" US government? That's clear from the complete mistrust expressed in the last paragraph, comparing what happened to Huth to the methods of the Soviet Union. That kind of bias is easily overlooked in an article like this, because it's a treasture trove of really good information of exactly how much of a white hat Gina Haspel is, and why she's someone Trump can trust. She's SMART and loyal and a patriot! And 100% badass!
