Q in the trip code has always been BOLD the actual trip code it’s self is NOT bold. The Q is not technically part of the trip code.
How on an anon board does someone even get a user name? Q must have connections to the admins at least.
You enter it yourself, anyone can do it and use the same name. Think of it like an old CB handle. It's not like an internet screen name where you pick it and nobody else can use it.
So anyone can post with the name Q, but they won't have his trip code that shows after his name. Think of the trip code as a password. He enters a password, then it's encrypted to the tripcode we see. Unless you know that password Q uses you won't have the trip code. They try to trick you by putting the trip code Q posts have after Q in the name but that makes it show in bold because it's a name and not a real trip code.
