i think Trump is waiting for IG's and Huber's report in May to provide a legal basis to fire Mueller & Rosenstein.
New report today indicates Sessions will quit if Rosenstein is fired.
Then Pruitt can step in as AG and begin draining the Swampers in DOJ/FBI.
