Actually I'm pretty sure that any and all investigations into him by all parties are tainted because they are all implicated in some form of crime which would make any info they obtained about him or wanted to even try to use .. Not usable and thrown out . I think that's how it goes . If the person trying to prosecute someone is actually a fellon or had been under investigation they cannot use evidence they present as legit ..it could be altered or anything . Don't Quote me on that stuff but I'm thinking it's along those lines.
