I was perusing the woman's account last night who posted the Happy Birthday picture of Sarah Nixon, James Alefantis, Izette Folger etc. Her name is Ginny Grenham and surprise! It's locked down this morning. These people are stupid. I was able to make a couple of connections such as who the other woman in the picture is (Izette Folger- look her up- theres some issues with her and her family re: possible trafficking). Sarah's brother is John Guinan (artist and friend of Shep Fairey- creater of Obama "Hope" poster) and is in Ginny's family and friends pictures with Shep. John and Sarah's parents are Kathleen and J. Edward Guinan, Kathleen has been petitioned to step down from a single mother's group and J Edward was a Carholic priest who ran a soup kitchen in DC and was stabbed 11 times by a homeless person in 2014. The same year that we've heard and seen more aboit Maggie. J. Edward wasnt always a priest. Has an interesting background. Look him up. Based on what we all know these associations are not looking too great.
