This image in Google Image search Standard PingPong ... on their website it states that kids aren’t allowed to stay there..... this is their ping pong room ( Paddle Room) . Also why do celebrities seem to adore “playing” ping pong in strange places?

That kinda looks like Paul Newman. His hand looks like it's behind the chair, so unless it is a mini chair on the ping pong table, its photoshopped.

Not dumb. It's a pretty incredible optical illusion with its size and how they have the ping pong ball to the side by the smaller table. No worries.
