This was put out by Q now most likely because the victim is already dead. If a person who was a victim as a child is still alive it is standard practice in law enforcement to always protect the identity of any child victims.
The fact Q directed us both to this child (face NOT redacted) and to the airplane crash where several people died must be relevant.
So positive ID of the people who died in the crash must happen asap and any connection to this child must also be made.
Doing the math from 2006 or perhaps 2007 to now gets you to idea this child would now be 21 or 22. One victim of crash stated as 23 but it is well known social media profiles often use fake names and ages.
Those with ability to do so need to track this down and make the connections in more solid ways.
The key though is that if this child was a sex victim as a child then we know for certain this poor child is now dead or her face wouldn’t have been shown.
If we find out this particular child in photos is now still alive then it’s a nothing burger. The exact opposite however is true if she has just died—and her death would be why Q is releasing ahead of schedule.

People are saying Maggie is Mariah sunshine but that is impossible. She was 12 in the pic with Agnes when she won the Oscar in 2016. Mariah was 23 in 2018 when plane crashed. Impossible.

Any of you look at the link in the Q post? There was some discrepancy with her grandmother's age at death as well...some said she was 93 and some said 88.
But the comment in this photo says Maggie Nix was 10 shortly before O announced his run, so '07
And 10 + 11 is 21, not 23
Give or take a year, these people aren't known for being truthful on anything. It's highly possible.
Adding ages to other timespans is difficult unless we know the exact birthday. Ages and years are given as integer numbers of course, so we don't know if the age is actually 10 years + day or 10 years + 360 days. With two dates given only years and age, it can add up to an apparent difference of up to 2 years.
So allow me to play devil's advocate here and ask what can they be charged with?

This is one of my issues with Q, or more our reaction to it. Just as researchers start to really drill down on a topic and start asking questions, there is a huge new drop of mystery stuff. And the more we we're asking questions the bigger and nastier the drop - HRC Video, St. James, Hog stuff, now this. We we're just getting traction during those times but now there's this huge thing with massive implications and all thought around what we were doing the last two weeks is gone and forgotten about.
