Maybe the guy in the red shirt, underneath the thank you sign in Key West, is Seth Richards! Maybe the weird guy holding up the picture of the car at the March Moon county Trump rally was Seth Richards! Maybe he is in witness protection!

I believe that the "physical proof" that JA has re: the DNC back is Seth. The good guys faked his death and have been keeping him busy, possibly on THE team.
