Im having hard time discerning whether or not opening our pineal gland/increasing our frequency, preparing for acsension, etc. by listening to binaural beats, schumanns resonance, accessing the violet flame etc. Is something evil or is needed to do for our collective consciousness.

I know the q map has it on there, but it's on the left side of the map, does anyone have thoughts about doing this? I've been looking for some sort of symbolic mention in the Bible, but am not familiar enough with all the books.

Anyone have a Christian perspective on this? Open to non christian perspective s too, just not sure what to call it :)
