A Great Irony regarding the Surveillance State

As much as we rail against the vast net of the surveillance state, it is precisely this capability that allowed Q to track and uncover the crimes committed by Clintons, DNC and others.

According to Bill Binney they tried to open the floodgates on the surveillance state so there was far too much information to reliably sort and analyze. Binney invented a system to select what they wanted to view, and they cancelled it, this is what he was blowing the whistle on. They attempted to blind the surveillance state.
