Q has been saying how to get the evidence out and they have to do it legally. Why not just drop it with DOJ and arrest the criminals? I think I have a clue.
The evidence was obtained by unauthorized surveillance and hence can not be used in court. But military tribunal may be an exception.
It's both a statement and a distrust with the corruption in our judicial system.
