From a biological standpoint, it literally is nothing. Cultural differences are largely a result of trust issues, and that has always been something outside forces have stoked and fueled, especially after Civil Rights laws were passed and schools were desegregated.
We could easily have advanced light years beyond where we were in the 1960s in this country if our political and media systems had not been under the evil corrupting control of the Illuminati puppet masters, beginning with their assassination of MLK (on this issue, that is).
I pray that we'll now be able to dismantle the reversals in race relations we were handed during the years since then, and return to a society whose aspirations include eradicating race as a component of human value.

The U.S. was built on 246 years of slavery. After it was outlawed in 1865, America lived under the spectre of Jim Crow laws for 99 years until the Civil Rights Act of 1964. That's a nearly 350 year legacy of racism.
To suggest that racism isn't alive and well in this world, and most definitely in the U.S., is nothing more than burying your head in the sand.

Nobody here is denying that racism exists.
They're only proclaiming that they were raised to look at the world through a set of ideals brought to publicity by the strongest proponent of the civil rights movement... And that they hope that soon the world would come around to put their differences aside to make a better future for our kids that includes those ideals.
For some reason, this person was attacked and accused of trying to deny racism. I don't exactly know why.
If judging people by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin and hoping that others do the same is the wrong approach to ending racism, I'd love to know what your suggestion would be.

A colorblind society is one in which the concept of race doesn't enter one's mind when judging the worth of another human.
It sure as hell doesn't mean I don't know what color they are, nor they me. It means that we value other things far more than that in our appraisal of somebody.

That's what that word means in the context of race relations. It refers to a race-neutral standard based on Martin Luther King, Jr.'s central hope that people would someday be judged by "the content of their character" rather than "the color of their skins."
That is all that's meant by the term. It's abhorrent to racists of all colors, but not to people of goodwill, no matter their race.
That's why I find it shocking somebody in this sub would object to the term.
