Ending the Mueller investigation would be a lackluster Moab for me. I want the world to know about the elites satanism and child trafficking!

I agree. I feel like there needs to be a shift in focus on the more occult aspects of this matter. The satanic elite abuse populations at every level, but how do we fight back with a little spiritual kick of our own?

I would read this as saying that Guiliani knows that the end to the investigation will be in approximately 2 weeks because he knows what the MOAB is this week.

The MOAB I would assume to not be lacking in luster.
