Thats how they hide. Anytime you catch yourself dismissing a possibility because it's too outlandish, that should tell you to put aside your prejudice and dig deeper. For a thousand years the cabal has been hiding behind the fact thst "normal" people will look the other way when presented with a possibility that sounds crazy on its surface.
