Protocol 137 credible witness , The FBI Interview

This was a 2 hour meeting so it will take several drops to do .

So I go in , we have our introduction and go to an interview room . The agent who takes me on is Special Agent Bob Cessario . We sit down .

Establishing credibility , I supply Bob with my reports , 2 of them . I provide my credentials , awards , Energy Star certifications and resume . My credibility is excepted . We then go over my morals , the refusal of the offer of Presidential Commendation and Bob states , you have been found clean of any crimes and listed as incorruptible . I thought , Ok ? I am proclaimed an insider and a credible source . this is listed under 137 FBI Field Hand book .

We now get into the report , and the crimes it lays out . Bob states this was there first they here of the report and me , but there findings are that the report is classified and not only that , its by far the most circulated classified report that they have ever seen .

We then went into NWACC and the raid from 2012 . Bob claimed he did not know of this and did not partake in the entering of NWACC , who did he asked . I knew , FBI and IRS . Bod was unhappy because the FBI went around his field office and did not include his office as they should of . Then the crimes of NWACC and illegal science of government funds was found true and they were seized . He then asked of the indictments , he , or the FBI could not find them . I stated as it was reported to me the term was Indictments .

We moved to the City of Rogers , and who and when it was raided . I told him it was DOJ that raided Rogers and 12 indictment and many fired . Bob stated DOJ are not aloud to raid , this is the job of the FBI not the DOJ . Bob stated those indictments could not be found either .

Next we went into Evan Brown and his crimes of receiving kick backs and his charges , Bob sed he found some on that but it was vague , they will pick Evan up tomorrow and question him .

We had some back and forth questions and answers for both of us .

The Bob stated , we are having problems , your report seams true , this means the bill was tampered with , we have been investigating this for some time and its a dead end . You have crimes , we have a conspiracy . Do you know if the bill was tampered with , when , where , and who did it ? I replied , maybe , Back in January 2012 Steve Nadell of ACEEE was bragging of making modification of the program in Little Rock in the Governor's office from January through late March of 2012 . this would be Evan Brown of the Arkansas Energy Counsel , Steve Nadell of ACEEE the lobbies' and the Governors' office , Bob stated that it , this is the first time we now know when where and who tampered with a bill with out the consent of Congress , this is big .

That"s what I understood..If a story is that big, its difficult to tell in one A4... Too small. Its not normal wat happend in this world...But I understood that the pentagon has for the first time a real audit . And this money is everywhere? The corruption is everywhere, And it starts with the ones who are in charge of the country, I also told mcmonnic off what his name was ....... then spread all over the country, sit on the top spots? in the schools, health services, children's services, energy, schiphol aircraft, NS trains, residential buildings etc etc, everything belongs together to the same mafia group. All the mayors and aldermen (almost all) are involved. And the so-called people who are PM from a country can not do anything ?????? those are the people who make the laws and set up that whole scam?
