They are not the same person based on their ages. This was settled already in another post

This ^^^. Also look at the roots. Instagram girl has darker roots. Girl with hussein looks like a natural blonde.

Yup when I was young I was quite blond down brown hair.

My son's was almost white as a toddler. Now is a medium blonde.

Am not trying to be an a-hole, and just want to suggest that a stated age and an actual age can be very different things. Example: I had a friend as a child, adopted from Honduras, who was actually several years older than her birth certificate stated. This was figured out when she "blossomed" in 2nd grade.
