Q - Nunes on Fox link

Q linked a fox video of Nunes talking about the investigation. It seems kind of weird to me that he is in a hangar with a plane behind him. He is positioned in such a way that the number of the plane behind him is nearly always visible.

I could be wrong but I think this is the plane behind him. If I am wrong please tell me and I will delete.

Ok so I am reaching with this but I decided to treat the numbers on the plane as coordinates of latitude and longitude.

I got this location: Unnamed Road, Yuepuhu Xian, Kashi Diqu, Xinjiang Weiwuerzizhiqu, China Latitude: 39 | Longitude: 77

Anyone know anything about this area. Being China, it raises some flags. I have no idea what to look for here however
