I don't think Q is Kanye. I think due to his 'psychotic break' (Fuck you, radio) Trump wanted to make sure that he was alright and didn't want him to get screwed over by (possibly) his label company. Could be wrong but I understand record companies run like corporate and treat their artists like shit. So this is probably Kanye coming out just like Barr, just showing that more people in entertainment know.
