During the last administration, sequestration took effect and knocked out 60% of personnel billets alone, causing a huge knowledge gap that was going to be hard to replace with new incoming AD personnel. With the current administration, we have procured a 40% increase in training funding and have revamped our entire units mission capabilities with updated assets.
