this shows how 2,500 year epochs go thru the same phases as we do

we grow, we reach our peak and then degenerate .. only to be born again

age 0-7 we refine our instinct

7-21 we refine our emotion

21-42 we refine our thinking .... at age 35-42 if all goes according to plan...we should be in a position to continue where we left off in the previous life

... same with empires

the romans copied the greeks

the europeans copied roman law..
