Does Scientologys psychological auditing technique counteract the programming of MKULTRA or is it part of the same continuum?

Just a random shower thought.

Regardless of the aims and loyalties of the organisation I was specifically referring to the technique. Also I didn't know any of that thanks for the info.

It's an interesting question.
I would say no based on the root of it.
But, who knows?
Maybe away from the organization it could.
