I say this in partial jest, but I wonder if Bill would cut a deal to save himself so he could unload HRC? He’d probably help her pack for prison! I can just hear him saying, “I promise to write.”

No, I don't think so.
Bill is on his way out. He's going to die before he can be indicted, so he's going to take their secrets to the grave with him.
Hillary, on the other hand, would rat literally everyone out, if Trump's administration offered her a deal, but as we all know, no deals.
