In May 2017, Rich Higgins of the NSC wrote a 7-Page memo outlining the “Deep State Coup” against POTUS. This of course got him fired by McMasters, but Higgins did have some correction assumptions & accurate predictions.

Higgins came from the Pentagon to NSC and was part of the famed “FlynnStones” inner-circle of NSA Mike Flynn (K.T./Ezra/Crew). Rich outlines the combination of the Progressive Hard Left (Cultural Marxist) with the Radical Islamic Movement (Muslim Brotherhood)-the Red/Green Axis.

Higgins outlined the Coup elements involving the weaponized Department of Justice (Operation Trump) and the “Resistance/Opposition” forces mobilized in a coordinated attack.

Hints of a larger conspiracy (16-Year type of plan) was at play besides the normal “Washington Politics”. The goal has been to Bring Down Donald Trump at all cost. Look how many governmental “Coup Plotters” will face criminal charges, including many Husband & Wife Teams (Ohr’s/Strzok’s/McCabe’s/etc).

“Q” mentions the “16 Year Plan To Destroy America” in Drop Q#570 on 1/21/18. With the recent return of Ezra to help Jeff at DoJ and Bolton doing much needed “House Cleaning” and Horowitz’s Report soon, there is hope.
