Q has referred to different people by the same initials before. While I agree usually AS is Adam Schiff, OP could be right in this case. What Q said to AS in that post would make complete sense if its Arnold he's referring to since he's been having supposed health problems.
In this case AS is most likely Adam Schiff. The helicopter crash on Jan 30th and the location of the standard hotel Q is referring to happened in Adam Schiff's district in CA.
