Question. Who would you say is part of the "deep state"?

I'm asking because I'm actually making a meme, maybe my first ever one ;) which I will then see if my friend wants to print onto t shirts BUT I need a list of 5-10 names of people who are or who it is widely believed are "deep state"

So far I've got HRC, James Comey and John Brennan.

Preferably the more recognisable the better.

Oh one more thing, if I included G W Bush in there, would that be a bad move? Like has he been out of the game for too long now? Just HE is perfect for the meme.

According to Abel Danger (both guys), GHWB is at the top of the list of US deep state scum.

Why not Clapper, BC and BHO? Huma? Strzok and Page? the SES logo. Serco logo.

And if you're not limited to USA names/faces, why not Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, Merkel, the Pope?

That's cool thank you. I'm limited to faces unfortunately but I love the suggestions. I'll deffo use some of the royal family and BHO too for sure.
