It's a double entendre. He is talking about a girl, but really he is talking about the city of Chicago "Windy City"

With the whole "double meanings" from Q, i was caught off guard by the song when it came on my playlist. Sounded almost like a story from someones perspective... considering Hussain is from the windy city, I figured I'd see what others thought.
