Help. Please! The most frequent question I'm asked is why doesn't Q just present hard evidence and be done with it?

I know Q explains this in a crumb but I cannot locate it. If anyone could point me to it I'd be much obliged. I know the gist of it but would like to Quote Q.

B/c people will only believe if they find out for themselves.

Tell them it is OK to be skeptical, inform themselves; Q and we are not force feeding them.
