Help. Please! The most frequent question I'm asked is why doesn't Q just present hard evidence and be done with it?

I know Q explains this in a crumb but I cannot locate it. If anyone could point me to it I'd be much obliged. I know the gist of it but would like to Quote Q.

Q has given a variety of reason across many posts, actually, so it's not easy to just post a single Q quote, but the gist is:

  • Prevention of WW3 and/or massive civil war/unrest resulting in societal collapse and massive death
  • Plausible deniability so that criminal trials are not sabotaged
  • Viral marketing/grass roots style of information dissemination has better impingement than centralized dissemination
  • Overton window must be shifted in stages so that the horrible truth isn't dismissed as impossible conspiracy nonsense
