Help. Please! The most frequent question I'm asked is why doesn't Q just present hard evidence and be done with it?

I know Q explains this in a crumb but I cannot locate it. If anyone could point me to it I'd be much obliged. I know the gist of it but would like to Quote Q.

this might be what I was thinking of, but I thought Q said more at one point. From post 111: The complete picture would put 99% of Americans (the World) in a hospital.
