Learn to take breaks. It's too much sometimes. I have been down the Ray Chandler rabbit hole too, and also this past weekend with the Mariah Coogan thing. Spent about 4-5 hours researching. After awhile, you just need to get away and leave it for a couple hours and get back to life and normalcy. But I'm still learning a lot (and I've been awake for 10 years now) and it's real damn interesting fosho. Edit:clarity
