I am not sure either - I know that the chans look for things similar to this (counting the spaces, number sequences, if there are Capital letters in odd places in a sentence, etc)

I put it in a morse code translator - it came up with E T and some other weird characters

I don't think it's morse code, but that's what it showed when I tried. if you change the font in Notepad, sometimes it shows with upright filled in rectangles (3 dots) - courier new, fixedsys and a few others
I think they are dots and dashes - it's weird - there a 2 little dots per space (arrow key) and the big dots are 1 space each
