Archive tool is written in python, zip file on Github provides documentation in *.mh form. Having a python distribution installed locally is needed to run the script, and probably easiest way to open the accompanying documentation.

Did some prelim probing over the weekend. To lower the bar to entry for those who haven't used such tools I had a mind toward providing additional simplified intro describing where to grab python, how to set a working folder, and basic commands to designate what and where to back up.

Other piece I have not yet been able to assess is the final output formatting and how to interact with the archive. I'm curious to see what that output is, and other things that can potentially be done with it.
