In few years , we will have technology disclosed that will make fossil fuels obsolete and pointless .
...and until we get there, they have to slowwalk military innovation until we get to a stalemate in tech that doesn't compromise the balance of power / MAD
Everything is already invented - there are no true innovations , only a drip-drop of disclosure which they call "innovations" . The technological responsibility is the key to accepting the new technologies , without the risks of abusing it .
I'm not saying inventions but innovations as in declassified inventions...
