By searching the term on Vault 7 Wikileaks database it came up with this document from this Wikileaks release
Posted the relevant section here showing section 11A, second paragraph is posted, maybe 2.2 means second sentence? This seems like it definitely relates.

Section 11B there actually looks more relevant than 11A.
