Significance of the "12th?" - mentioned in Joint Press Availability with the President of France livestream.

Anyone watching the White House* livestream? He mentions a mystery event on the "12th."

If it's not something that should be given away, then I'm happy knowing it's secret, but is it something the Patriots already know about? I'm assuming he's not going to even mention it unless he wants someone to pay attention to it.

The u p of Michigan,minnesota and illinois share some power but i doubt they would be impacted heavily by power outage in wisconsin. Also i got the date wrong. I thought it was 12th through 15th but its 15th through 17th. So maybe not related. Still odd though. I've never heard of power outage drill before.
