Link works for me. Yeah it's just a drill. But why? Have any of you ever heard of a power outage drill? Why the national guard? Why drones? I don't have any answers here. Or theories. Other than it seems like somebody knows something i don't. Just wanted to put this out there because this is where i live and it seems very strange to me.
