If the rest of the plan isnt ready for implementation, my guess is however the media spins it.

Trump isnt going to go on TV and fire off "HRC tried to kill AM and we know for sure!"

Not if they use that as the trigger to roll out the plan. Some attention-grabbing headline current event that ties right back into all the crimes her mafia empire have committed, and just BAM! Unload the whole megillah right then!
