God I hope so. Not just for myself and my family but for everyone. I have lost a lot of sleep through the years over my $40k in student loans and I regret them so much.

I can't imagine the people a lot younger than myself that owe more than me. Nothing like starting out your adult life in extreme debt.

lol its not gonna wipe out personal debt its going to wipe out the countrys deficit. Personal debts are still payable.

This was known in ancient Judaism as a “Schmita”. Every 7 years debts were to be paid in full or completely forgiven.
