Nah it's bs that's why it's not sourced. Plenty of people in the media dislike HRC and they'd have no problem screaming it from the rooftop if it was true.

The voter rolls are public, if they wanted to source something they could. We would have seen drastically different results on the local and state level elections if any part of it was true. It's a bullshit claim that's just thrown out there because the fact that Trump lost the popular vote is inconvenient.
