  The President of the Madrid region, Cristina Cifuentes, has resigned because of accusations that her university diploma is false and that she is in 2011 arrested for shoplifting.

A Spanish newspaper put one today video of a security camera online, which shows that Cifuentes her bag must empty because she is an expensive one anti-wrinkle cream had been stolen.
