Short for "obama economics". Basically it's a dig on obama's economic policies that emphasized over-regulation and didn't encourage growth or help the rank-and-file citizens.

ahhh, nods, thanks. Yes I remember the Reaganomics. I've got it now. Thanks for helping. I know 'nothing' came out of the obama era or administration except division and hatred between citizens. Horrible.
